WipeRecord originally contracted me to rebuild their entire questionnaire that qualifies their leads. Upon implementing the new system, lead conversion rate improved by 47%, lead-to-deal-close time decreased from an average of 5 days to 1.5 days, and onboarding time shortened to an average of one day from four days. These amazing results were achieved by implementing a mobile-responsive, minimalistically-designed front end for the questionnaire, redesigning and updating the entire questionnaire logic, and automating workflows in their Salesforce backend.

Cingo.me, a bootstrapped customer service start up looking to democratize enterprise-style customer service for small and medium-size businesses, contracted me as a Ruby on Rails developer and PostgreSQL Database Admin to work alongside the Chief Technology Officer building out the back end and service integrations. Moreover, I also designed and maintained the product website, which was built with HTML5, SASS, and jQuery.
